Aloia & Associates is a boutique law firm based in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Benjamin Aloia concentrates his practice on complex business and real estate matters, municipal law, divorce and criminal defense. He has significant experience in commercial real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, loan workouts and restructures, short-sales and foreclosures.

Mr. Aloia also specializes in complicated business lawsuits involving shareholder disputes of multi-million dollar corporations and large scale contracts.He was appointed as an Assistant Oakland County Prosecutor from 1999 through 2001 where he earned a Distinguished Service Award and a Commendation from the Oakland County Sheriff's Department.

Timothy Orlando is a veteran civil litigation attorney who spent the first 14 years of his legal career representing individuals and corporations in a diverse defense litigation practice where he gained experience representing clients in premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, dram shop claims, subrogation claims, insurance coverage disputes, civil rights claims and toxic tort actions.

Nina Lotarski concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, domestic relations, banking litigation, creditor's rights and other general litigation matters. Ms. Lotarski prides herself on being a bulldog in the courtroom and represents her clients with zeal. When she handles a case, Ms. Lotarski takes every advantage from conducting thorough discovery to arguing for the best interest of her client.
