We absolutely love the excitement of the auction atmosphere. But the friendliness of William, Donny and Penny has been exceptional. We have furnished a large portion of our home with Worley purchases ! Sure there have been a few purchases that weren't what I thought they would be, so I would encourage taking advantage of the preview when at all possible. On the flip side, there have been way more positive purchases. It's like Christmas when I get home and go through a box of "extras". I had questions about an auction item. Very simple to answer but critical in my decision to bid or not. I sent an email to the auction manager who responded in 2-3 days and indicated he would be onsite where the auction item was in a couple days and would get me an answer. Several days after he was suppose to be at the location I forwarded his email response back to him and asked for an update. He again responded and said he would be there again in a few days. Look out for Penny not only charges you 30%, or what you negotiate, of what you sell but also the people buying another 20%. It is not listed anywhere and if you have friends and family they get upset at you. She also gives course discounts to her select buyer clientele. It’s not a fair auction she has two or three buyers that buy everything and get sneak peaks to make the process advantageous to them. Just be aware she cares more about her top buyers than you. During a very trying state my family and I had a very unfortunate experience. We felt as though that the company is just overall dishonest.
