I went in for an oil change and I received a call that my tires were very bad. I was so glad that they noticed that and let me know that it was dangerous to drive on them the way they were. They put 4 new tires on my car. They have always treated me with respect and honesty. When I leave my car with Padron I always know I will be taken care of in the best way. Everyone is so friendly and the front desk clerk is awesome! He takes care of everyone in first class style. You always feel important at Padron.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Few months ago they got me in immediately to fix my alternator. Then last week, same thing, had an issue with my steering and they got me in IMMEDIATELY!! Got it fixed promptly and went over everything in great detail! Highly recommend to everyone and anyone!!

I've finally found a repair shop that I can trust. They treat me like a person and they don't try to pull the wool over my eyes because I'm a woman. Their Uber rides mean I don't have to sit around waiting at the shop like you have to do with so many other places. They are friendly, professional and honest. I'll keep returning to them for as long as I live here. Great job Padron Automotive.

Padron Automotive is a great company that go above and beyond for their customers. Chris and Nick are super quick to respond, diagnose, and fix whatever problems our car has. Most recently, our car broke down on the highway, and not only did they take our car and diagnose the issue that day, they sent someone to rescue me, my husband, and our two dogs and drop us off at our house! Fantastic car and customer service all around with fair and decent prices. Will continue to see them for any car issues we have!

I haven’t had a car in a couple of years but when I finally got one, Padron Automotive was recommended. Chris, the Service Manager was very professional and accommodating.
But what’s even more important is that they are very interested in bringing the care back to Historic Old Town.
I’m sure they could have moved to a different location to have more clients — but choosing to stay in Old Town and updating their facility helps with community pride. So please consider Padron’s if you value quality and community.
