You will have better luck doing any maintenance yourself. If any major issues happen it will probably take them a very long time to finish it and it will not be done professionally. There was an issue with a rusted pipe that went to my bathroom and the unit above mine (took weeks for them to finish). The work was done poorly; water leaked into my bathroom from upstairs. This caused my bathroom ceiling to collapse, see pictures (this was never fully finished).

Working with maintenance was an absolute nightmare. We had a window that leaked water into out apartment every time in rained for 7 months. We put in multiple requests and it was never dealt with. Currently we have no lights in our bathroom and another window that leaks when it rains. I would not rent with them again.

Horrible. They take your money for a credit and background check, then yell you they won’t rent to you, but don’t tell you why. “It just isn’t going to work” and when you ask why all they say is I’m not sure, it’s from the higher ups. They don’t even check your credit, call your employer, past landlords or anything. Complete waste of time and money!!

I lived in one of their apartments for a year and it was the worst renting experience I've ever dealt with. I moved in December and the heat did not work - not only did they say they would not be fixing the heat, they gave me a lot of space heaters and refused to help pay the insanely high electric bill. Then when summer rolled around, I also had NO air conditioning and it was like 100+ degrees. They fixed the a/c in SEPTEMBER and knocked huge holes in the walls that they then did not fix for another six weeks and they only fixed it when I threatened to withhold my rent, which I had to do.
