Meet our dental team, Janice G. Scott DDS, Christopher von Tersch DDS, and Michael R. Moreno DDS. We're family dental, cosmetic dentistry and periodontal specialists who believe that skill and compassion go hand-in-hand when it comes to providing our patients with the best oral health care. I have chosen a career in Dentistry to improve the quality of life of my patients by providing them a healthier mouth and a brighter smile. I obtained my dental education at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and graduated top percentile of my class. During my training at UCSF, I was granted numerous scholarships for outstanding academic achievement, professionalism, and leadership.
Dr. Christopher von Tersch attended U.C. Davis and U.C. Berkeley for his undergraduate studies. He Graduated from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999 in the top 6% of his class. Dr. von Tersch attended a post graduate program at the U.O.P. satellite clinic in Union City with an emphasis on restorative dentistry and smile design.

I definitely recommend Deer Park Dental. They do everything to make their patients feel comfortable during their visit. I went in to have some cavities filled last week. I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. Also I had a crack down the center of my front tooth which was discolored and I very seldom smiled because of it. The dentist… not only filled my cavities but she also fixed my font tooth. I couldn't believe how good my teeth looked, it's been a long time since they looked this good. From my first consultation, through the fitting, adjustments, delivery and insertion of my dentures, the care, chair-side manner and professionalism of Dr. Scott was better than any other dentist by whom I have been treated.
