There was a major hail storm in late July and Impact responded quickly when called. Upon inspection it was determined that we had damage to our roof, front windows, garage door, siding and gutters. The roof was replaced in a timely manner. It was professionally done from start to finish including cleanup. We would highly recommend this company.

Recently had my roof replaced last month, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with Jon and his crew at Impact. They helped guide me through the whole process from filing my claim, and dealing with my insurance company which is always a hassle. Impact was professional, courteous and did an excellent job installing my new roof. Would highly recommend, they made this rather inconvenient experience somewhat pleasurable

I wish I could give you all 10 stars. I bought the house 2 years ago and had no idea how old the roof was or that it had been hit by a tree at some point. Or that someone tried to fix it by covering it up. Your team was here when the insurance inspector came and explained to me exactly how the process worked so that there were no surprises. The team came and replaced the roof on one of the hottest days of the summer, they were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up and I expected to find nails everywhere I found one stuck in the leaf of a bush. As the house is a duplex I checked my neighbors

This is one of the finest companies I have ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the second mile to get everything done well. They have worked well with my insurance company, they did the job quickly and cleaned up out yard so that it looked better than when they began. You wont find a better group of men to work with. I had roof damage, they came out and advised me to contact my insurance company, which I did. This resulted in me getting my roof for my deductible and they got me high quality shingles and added a ridge vent which helps reduce the heat in my attic since I use it for storage. I also had them wrap my windows with vinyl which has protected the wood molding and I no longer have to scrape and paint it, just to spray it with cleaner and wipe it clean which is way easier. I would definitely recommend them, which I have to my aunt and people I know who have used them and they have also been happy with
