I have absolutely never been the type of girl to cry after a haircut, but today was my first time getting a haircut in months because I have 4 kids at home 3 of which are babies. I went in to get a cut and color. I wanted something that would make me feel and look good again. I have long hair normally, I asked for a shorter cut but told her I wanted it well past my shoulders so I would still be able to put it up. They gave me an older lady and she began cutting my hair and I quickly realized she was cutting it way too short! At this point I couldn’t say anything it was too late, I just kept telling

We (my daughter and I) came to this place to get our hair cut. I told the older lady that cut my hair I wanted my daughter's hair a certain length and for layers to be put in...She batched it the first time and when asked to fix she did but with attitude...I refused to ask her to fix a second time. She then did my hair (she was only stylist available), I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Cute bob with LAYERS....She didn't do bob short enough or put layers in...In fact I wouldn't call what she did a BOB at all.....Overall poor experience and I feel like I wasn't heard at all....I still tipped

Called ahead of time to make sure they could take a haircut appointment at a set time. When got there, I signed in and the lady at the desk asked me what I’m here for. I told her a haircut and took a seat to wait. After that, I was ignored and not even told if I’m getting a haircut done by anyone or not. After a few minutes someone else walked in and was seated in a salon chair right away. I hope I didn’t come off as rude but I decided to leave after the fact that I called ahead of time and was ignored even though I tried to do everything right. Leaving two stars because I had a great stylist

I’ve been here twice now. I’m so happy I found them. I have crazy thick curly hair that literally takes 5+ hours to highlight & style. They’ve always done such a good job. The price a pay is way less than other places and their so prompt…no waiting. The staff are all so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Tina and her staff always do a great job and are very friendly and ready to go. Sometimes I call at the last minute or just walk in and they make time for me. It is worth the wait when I just walk in. I have been going there for many years and would highly recommend them.
