We specialize in interior and exterior home renovations, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling, additions, and more! We have used Velk Construction for many projects, from our kitchen remodel, to a master shower remodel, to a complete deck remodel, and many odd jobs in between. He is THE most professional contractor we have worked with.
I can't thank the team at Velk Construction enough for the job they did remodeling our kitchen. Jeff provided a thorough and personalized estimate based upon the things that were important to us, and guided us through material choices. Steve made sure we knew what to expect throughout construction and followed up quickly with any concerns we had.
At Velk Construction, we will create a project plan at our first meeting that details every cost aspect of the project. Payment will be expected at various points during the project, and will be spelled out clearly in the contract to avoid surprises. We also accept most major credit cards and offer various finance options to fit your needs.

Velk construction did a large remodel in my home and the work they did was BEAUTIFUL! They were extremely professional and easy to work with. As other reviews have mentioned, it did take some time for them to get back to me with a quote but after working with them, it is obvious why. They are a very small company and they are extremely thorough with their quoting process. Steve - The owner was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me in terms that I would understand. He also explained how they have to wait for quotes from other suppliers before they can give me the full quote - which

I called Velk construction to get an estimate and they came out and looked at my bathroom and said it would take 10 days to get a quote. One month later I'm still waiting. I even called and emailed. If a business doesn't have the common courtesy to get back to you...well then I will take my business else where!!!

Had Velk do a few large projects over the course of the last year and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Their attention to detail is impeccable, true craftsmanship every time. Their crew is very friendly and helpful with options when asked, respectful of our home, and helpful with our barrage of questions. The guys take Covid seriously wearing masks at all times and making sure we felt comfortable during our project. Really good at taking your money.
Really, really bad at returning messages or showing up.
They broke my new toilet tank lid and told me it was at their suppliers'.
That was over two months ago.
They told me the cabinets were ordered , but they can't give me any kind of update.
I've been dealing with them for almost a year!

Steve Vlk has flat out stolen my money. I hired/paid him in July 2019 for window replacement. He never performed any work, never supplied any materials, and has not given my money back despite MONTHS of promises he would. As dishonest as they come.
