This company stood by their word and helped take care of and honor their commitment to entirely replace our plumbing in our home. They even came out a year after to check up and tweak any issues that may arise over the year for free. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Good job Black Tie and Corey and Shane you are the best! I had a water pressure test performed due to a foundation leveling. Job was done by Jesus. Jesus was very informative and answered all questions with knowledge and patience. He made me feel at ease and explain in detail what the test consisted of. He was very professional and after explaining the work he was going to do, he performed his job with confidence. After completing the job, he explained the procedure on notifying Perma Pier of the results. I wish I could call him for all my future plumbing problems. You have an excellent employee. In Jesus.

Daniel at BTP was amazing! Showed up on time and worked tirelessly on our burst pipes until everything was fixed and ready to go. He was kind and professional and cleaned up completely after himself. He checked the rest of our home and hot water heaters to ensure we had no other issues other than the broken pipes.

I am very pleased with BlackTie's service. From Larissa and Kendra in the office to Jesus who came out to do the dirty work, the entire operation was smooth and fast. Larissa and Kendra explained step by step what would be going on and were knowledgeable with the repair. I was concerned because I noticed my water leak during the freeze here in Texas. I knew plumbers were going to get slammed and I was afraid it would be a while before BlackTie could come out. However, before Jesus even came out to perform the Cleanout Install, Larissa scheduled the leak repair for the same day. Jesus explained

Blacktie plumbing was the only plumbing company that could come out after the snowstorm and replace our hot water heater in such a short amount of time. Daniel came out Monday afternoon and will able to get us a new 50 gallon water heater installed and brought our existing connections up to code. They also pulled permit permit and had the city inspector come out the following day, to verify the work and we pass with flying colors I highly recommend Blacktie Plumbing.

Bill was amazing! The company responded quickly after the winter storm. I was out of water for 3 weeks. I tried calling multiple companies and no one responded back to me. Black Tie Plumbing responded fast and they came out right away. Everything was completed within an hour or two. I was amazed!!! They are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They have done everything on our house, from a full sub slab re-piping to fixing various leaks inside the home. Always a great experience. Just had someone out for a service call. First, he didn't call ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. We are in a global pandemic and he had no protective gear at all. As I began telling him, through my Ring doorbell, that I was uncomfortable having someone in my home under these circumstances, he just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Of course there is no human being to speak to, as all numbers go to voice mail.

Black Tie Plumbing really came through for us today!!! We called and in 30 minutes they send a plumber over to fix our bathroom faucet he was in and out in 30 minutes as well..Plumber was really nice and explained the situation and what he did to fix it thoroughly. Definitely my go-to plumbing company from now on I highly recommend them!!!! Thanks Black Tie Plumbing!!!

So...our realtor gave us this company's name. I called, spoke with one rep, explained what we needed, only to be put on hold and given to another rep who I again explained what we needed. We set up an appointment (for today) but not one ever called or showed up...nothing. Not acceptable! If this is an indication of their work probably for the best.

After they made an appointment through my warranty company (First American), they no called/ no showed. When I called the warranty company, First American said Black Tie is saying they "never made the appointment".
Not everyone has the ability to take off work (now for 2 different days) to sit around for a no call/ no show!
What a waste of time. You should be ashamed and embarrassed!

Six months after they did a repair I had a related problem (things happen sometimes, I don't think it was any fault of theirs) At first it was a little bumpy trying to get the problem fixed (possibly because it was the busy holiday season), but then they stepped up and made everything right.
Everyone who came out to my house was polite and helpful, explaining what they were doing and why.
Highly recommend - any company can look good when everything goes well. They looked great even when there was a problem.
