POWRTEK, an electrical engineering firm with principles based on uncompromising engineering that provides the highest quality level of engineering in the business. POWRTEK's extensive design experience includes transportation and architectural related services. We utilize the latest lighting and power distribution software to optimize design and provide a higher degree of quality.
The parking structure has a capacity of 1,350 cars, distributed over five levels. The lighting was designed to provide horizontal, as well as vertical illumination. A lighting control system was designed to minimize the energy usage by controlling exterior, stairwell and interior lighting levels with respect to ambient lighting conditions.
Rolling Hills Elementary School is a new 70,000 square foot facility for K-6th grade students. It features twenty-five classrooms, a multi-purpose room (gymnasium) with adjacent platform (stage), serving kitchen, library and art room. Interior lighting consists of fluorescent "indirect" fixtures in classrooms, with the library and art room utilizing "direct/indirect" fixtures.
