Me and my friend didn't enjoy our experience they used way to much oil rubbed my body didn't massage it and only used the hot stones on my upper body and didn't touch my feet. My friend left more sore than she came told the lady the pressure was to hard and was ignored I booked my spa favorite spa stinny the next day!

This was my 2nd visit because I liked the first cut so much but will probably not be back for another one. I was shocked at the way I was treated and dismissed. Sara never spoke to me, didn't ask anything about me. She spent the entire time yelling at another woman in a language I did not understand. After the cut she fluffed my hair and took the gown off. She was already walking away to speak to her coworker before she even asked if I liked it. Never showed me the back like is normally done at a salon. Awful massages. I had Lily the owner and she was terrible. I had to stop her 20 minutes into my massage she was that bad. If you are a person of color don't go here. It's clear we are not welcome. I felt like I was unappreciated. Don't go here people you will be dissatisfied. If you ever had a great massage before you will know this is not a massage but rather a mockery of one. I reported this place to the BBB

I went to Red Carpet yesterday for my first ever massage. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before the woman who was giving my massage arrived. I didn’t fully know what to expect, it being my first ever massage so when the woman was just rubbing my back with her palms in circular motions, I was slightly confused but wasn’t sure if that was how it was supposed to go. She never actually did any massaging of my muscles, just rubbing around really. She finished right on my appointment time even though she arrived 15 minutes late. The whole
