The Office Staff female was most rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to work with me on resolving my issue. I had canceled an appointment and specifically asked the person on the other end that I would no be charged their 50 dollar fee and the response was "You will NOT be charged since you cancelled prior to your appointment. Something unexpectedly occurred at work so I was unable to attend that day. Well several months later, I received a bill for the 50 dollars. So, I called them again on 02/23/2021 to cancel my appointment for 02/24/2021 unless they would resolve this issue. She would not. I

I found Dr Washburn via Yelp and FB reviews when I had an urgent need and happened to be 7 hours from Pensacola. I called this morning as I was frantically trying to drive home and the very kind receptionist (can't remember her name ) was able to get me seen today. I have significant dental anxiety and am terribly embarrassed by how childish I can act. I could not have had a better experience. The receptionist was fabulous and quickly tried to assuage my fears.
