Showed up at 245 because my appointment was at 3 for labs. I've been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. The only reason I haven't left is because I need a physical before the end of the year for insurance purposes. Last doctor i saw here was a joke as well. I don not Recommend this doctors office to anyone and I would leave zero stars if I could. Joke of a doctors practice.

I love my Primary care here, but after today, I don't think I'll be seeing him anymore, but this fault, but this is ridiculous. Been trying to make an appointment since 10am, they kept saying we will have a nurse call you, nurse called, said she was going to speak to the doctor and call me back. Never did, so I called back. I asked to be scheduled with someone else so I could get in today, and was told no they were going to get ahold of the nurse again, still nothing. So I called back AGAIN, and now there are absolutely no appointments available today. I've been trying to get one scheduled for

During my appointment 9/1/20 there was a person wearing their mask around their chin in the lobby for around 15 minutes on the fourth floor. The staff walked past him multiple times, one stopped to talk to him about something unrelated and none of them enforced the mask policy. I hid his upper face in the photo for privacy purposes.
I've only received the best care from this facility in the past but this is extremely disappointing that they aren't ensuring the safety of all patients.

I called in to schedule a visit so I could get a referral to a specialist, the doctor who gave me a referral the last time was at this location. The person who I spoke with was very rude, told me HE is no longer there because HE went off on his own. I then asked if are we talking about the same doctor because (insert doctor name here) that I am speaking about is a woman. I was then told yes, SHE isn't here either. Then was hung up on. If I could give 0 stars I would. A family member has been a patient of theirs for years. She has recently switched insurance carriers but didn't have her new card and wasn't able on short notice to get through to HR for verification. They turned her away. She most likely has appendicitis or other condition that requires attention. She did agree then to pay privately and then was told that the provider said it was too late to see her.
What a horrible place. I didn't realize that anywhere could refuse to see a patient--even if they didn't have insurance, which she did.

I had a horrible experience with Think Whole Person Healthcare! They mixed my appointments. They made me wait for nothing. I was a patient of Dr. Margo Anderson Fowler. She already prescribed me the wrong medicine. Last time when I went there for a vaginal sickness, first again they made me wait more than half an hour. Then Dr. Anderson's nurse saw me in a rush. The nurse forgot to tell all my symptoms to Dr. Anderson so I had to return later in the same day in a rush. I have two special kids and that makes me extremely busy. I do have to say that going to orthopedic for my knee's is a great experience because when I go to check in they have the best receptions they take the time to help me with paperwork and even talk to me as a human being.(an experience I really never get) I always bring them a treat because they are so nice to me. Think is a great medical center! Our Dr Dr Herr is an excellent family physician and takes very good care of my husband and myself. He even personally called us to tell us there was an opening for the Covid shot.their setup for the immunizations was fast and friendly and kept an eye on everyone.the pharmacy is fast and friendly and any problems are worked out with Courtney! It's a very special place with very special staff!

Our doctor, Dr. Istes, left the practice we use to see him at. He went to Think. We followed. HUGE mistake. Not his or his nurses fault. The business office/billing team, is a nightmare. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. I have been doing medical billing and follow up for 25 + years and have NEVER treated any patients the way my husband has been treated. The associates he spoke with were rude and condescending. Treated him like he was a piece of trash. I was appalled. If you are looking for a great foot doctor then Dr Copple (along with and his in office nurse Sarah) is it, he is very knowledgeable and will tell you what is needed for your health and not what most doctors wants to do (costly surgery you may not need). This is especially true since we have visited for both myself and for my youngest son numerous times. Therefore, he is the most honest surgeon we have the pleasure of knowing, and one of the best ways to judge his character is by his staff, they are attentive, caring and passionate with a great deal of patience.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible customer service. No one is on the same page! Told me to come get my covid results WHILE IM POSITIVE! So I did and stayed in my car and called and they said no no no you should be at home...like duh but the idiot on Friday told me to come in...oh and on Friday they called at 3:38 and said they would be gone by 4 so I had to wait until Monday just a terrible place

Look elsewhere. The doctors and medical staff are good people. The office staff is another story. If you get behind on payments they will go as far as having your wages garnished. They will prohibit you from seeing your doctor. The people I talked with are sarcastic and always have that tone that you are full of it in their voice. Compassion is something that is lacking. Look for a provider from anywhere but here.

While the building looks very nice and I personally had no issues with the nurses, the doctor I had here was a joke! He talked to me and treated me like a child, never listened to me and made me feel like I was just seeking drugs. I have severe chronic back pain and bone deformities that cause pain as well. He had X-rays and a multitude of tests done and STILL acted like I was faking my illnesses. The nurses even apologized to me a few times over his attitude and not prescribing me any medication stronger then OTC. They have seen me in tears, barely able to walk and still my old doctor would treat

When my doctor moved to Think I was a bit nervous. I heard and read bad reviews about the billing and scheduling. My friend assured me improvements have been made since BCBS took over. So I made the move (because I will follow her to the moon) and I have not been disappointed. To schedule my initial appointment took some time due to the call volume. Once I was in the system it was easy to schedule appointments and talk to the nurse. With billing I had to update my info with my health insurance and the bill was adjusted.

I have been the twice, and both times were a disappointment. The first was for new contacts, and the eye doctor changed the prescription as I was on the way out the door. Of course it was off but his solution was to keep coming in til it was right. I wasn't aware that it was a trial and error process.
The second time was to see a dentist for a broken filling. Both dentist and hygienist were extremely rude and unprofessional. She left a huge gap between my teeth and it aches constantly now.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Been here twice now, each time arriving 15 minutes early (per their text request for appointment reminder). Each time I have been waiting over an hour.
Today, appointment was at 4pm. When I checked in I was told she was running 20-30 minutes late. 5PM now and still nothing..... no need to rush and finish this review, she's never coming! 5:03, I asked to leave and she argued with me. Did not apologize.
Dr. Stacey has been late, has a cold personality and doesn't take the time to discuss issues/concerns or explain what she is prescribing.
