I waited three months for my appointment. When I showed up. They had given it to someone else. I was sent text messages and I responded to confirm. They also called a few days ahead of my appointment with a random phone number but they did not leave a voice message. There system is terrible. The woman in charge was rude and had no respect for peoples livelihood. What a horrible way to treat the people who give you business.

I showed up for my appointment only to find out it had been cancelled and given to someone else because I was not able to confirm my appointment the day ahead because of my work schedule. I asked what I was supposed to do now and I was told that I could reschedule and be seen in a couple of months or they could send my records to another dentist if I wanted. Horrible customer relations and I would give them zero stars if possible!

Everyone is so nice here from the time u get here till you leave! They explain everything to you ..they show u all around the office...If ur afraid of the dentist..dont be ! This is the place to go!! They treat you Great and Dr Murray is great and the nice lady that did my cleaning (Tammi) ..She made me feel very comfortable and was very good at what she did!! The office is very kid friendly as well! I recommend if you have ever had a bad experience and are afaid of going this is the place to go!
