This guy and his wife can't be trusted and they are unreliable property manager. I have been renting from him for 4 1/2 years and when I decided to move out he takes a 180 turn and becomes the worse person to deal with. Every time I try to have him come out for any maintenance he would take days to find someone and then hires a cheap handyman to take care of the task. He would blame you for multiple pre-existing broken items in the house and charge you for it. I paid him a month and half worth of rent when I don't even live there anymore and he still has the nerve to keep my security deposit and

If the market is hot it is a good service because you save money on the real estate agent. If it is slow don't waste your money. They don't even come look at your house it is basically a listing service for MLS. Not much help pricing either and at the end of you 6 month contract you loose your money.
