Great place to get your documents printed. Very fast and efficient service. Quyen was very friendly and helpful. They specialize in commercial printing but can also do your personal documents in normal circumstances (services available can vary due to COVID-19). Highly recommend this place and will be using them in a future!

Walked in to get a quote on some wedding invites printing. The lady said it was $7 each to MAKE a pretty nice laser cut one. Still thought it was really high price since the same go for about $5 or less and I'm like "oh wow" cuz Ive really never seen them for that price and I only went there cuz the reviews said they were good price. And she's like "what? You thought they were gonna be $1 or what?" Rude. No. I just think you're overcharging but whatever. So I told her I was bringing the invites myself (which I found on Amazon super nice and elegant and awesome

I think $0.50 per page of black and white printing is insanely high... but I don't mind helping local businesses and it's within walking distance for me. I went there for consecutive days to print out things I needed in a hurry. The price went up... twice. First to $0.65 per page, then to $0.70. I asked what happened to the original $0.50 price. She broke eye contact and looked down with her hand out stretched.

Great local printing & design shop. I've ordered from them several times - business cards, stationary and signs - and have been very happy with their quality and prices. Their prices are reasonable and one of the more affordable prices. If you ask them to make your items for you by a deadline, they are usually able to accommodate. Best of all is that they're owned by local residents so feels good to support local and keep my dollars in Oakland.

First of all great service! I had to find a place to print a birthday banner the same day as the party I was throwing and ace print was able to accommodate and meet my almost impossible needs by printing a banner in 4 hours and all the labels I needed on top of that! I wouldn't have able to have what I needed for the party if it wasn't for them! Thank you! I'll be back for all my future printing needs

Mya, is wonderful to work with and does an amazing job. The project that I needed to have completed for my book launch party, consisted of retractable banner and table cloth, book markers, business cards and book flier. Everything done in a few days, excellent work to detail. I will definitely work with Mya and Ace Print & Design for future projects.

Ace print is my "go to" copy & print place when I need to take care of any business (Faxing, emailing, printing, computer use & just about anything gets done in here!!) that I can't do at home.
The staff (Mya & T.) has always been friendly from the moment I walked in almost 4years ago!
Mya personally has helped me land 3 jobs walking me thru various paperwork, emailing & faxing duties.

I love this place. If you wanna or have plan to do the menu business cards ,flyer or another sfuff for your business. This is the right place you have looking for .I'm had looked everywhere to did my menu business cards and some another things for my business but I wouldn't find the right one to do good design like how I like and finally I'm had find the right one here .they are so sweet .friendly ,there price very good too and have really nice customers service. Are you starting a small business, this is the place. I come here for all my printings and signage for my Blue Diamond Housekeeping business. Mya and her team are very helpful. They did my business card, flyers and do the sign for my car and everyone loved it. They are also did the sign for my husband's liquor store shop. Wonderful people, wonderful work and their prices are reasonable!

To say that I'm finicky about particular details when it comes to the designs and look of my business cards would be rather apt, so I've been having a relatively difficult time finding a print shop that can capably customize the product to fit my needs. Fortunately for me, I've stumbled into a gold mine in ACE Print & Design. This review is long overdue for this small print shop who did a fabulous job on the design and printing needs for my wedding in 2012. I had a smaller wedding and Mya was able to work with me to produce invites, wine labels, and table numbers in a smaller quantity without sacrificing quality.

Wow, Ace Print the name stands for itself. Customer service here is an ace. They did my business card here and everything was on point to the T. Nice lobby with a computer for us to use to check emails, Facebook and everything! Even the color that I wanted they did it right, I went to the Saigon printing on E.14th and they messed it all up! Do not go to that Saigon printing place. This is the place everyone should atleast try out. Kudos to Ace Print!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Decided to have some wedding invites done here in Vietnamese. Spelling mistakes (didn't even spell "Oakland" right), took forever to get them (2 days after they said they would be done) and then when I finally got them I had to assemble them all. This took an entire day since I had to put double sided tape on every invitation and the envelopes because they are too cheap to buy envelopes with the adhesive already on there. They are also expensive, they charged us over $2 per invite. They will never see a dime of my business again and if you don't want
