Dustin Kellar is a native of Dallas, Texas and co-founded the firm in 2014. His primary focus is on real estate transactional matters. Before opening Schultz and Kellar, PLLC, Dustin worked for a title company where he worked with a range of clients. Matt Schultz is originally from Arlington, Texas.

Brittany joined the firm in 2018 and focuses her practice in the areas of wills and trusts, probate, and estate tax planning, as well as charitable planning and giving, legacy planning, and business entity formation and maintenance. Brittany is one of only 12 actively practicing lawyers in Texas who also holds a CFP designation.
