Have you just started a new business? Did you know expenses incurred before a business begins operations are not allowed as current deductions? Generally, these start up costs must be amortized over a period of 180 months beginning in the month in which the business begins. However, based on the current tax provisions, you may elect to deduct up to $5,000 of business start-up and $5,000 of organizational costs paid or incurred.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was the first appointment of the season, yet after waiting more than five weeks, I had yet to hear from them. This could have also been avoided if this office would have filed for direct deposit like I requested! So I am out several hundred dollars to this office, and still have several hours on the phone with the IRS getting

Jamie Pritchett is a stellar person to have on your business team or as your personal CPA. She has been my personal and business CPA since 2007. I am pleased and fortunate to have her on my team. Not only is Jamie an extremely competent CPA, she is also very personable and an excellent communicator. She is a good listener when you have account issues, and she is a tremendous problem solver for those issues. If you need a CPA, try North Georgia CPA Services. Jamie and her staff will make you happy for your choice.
