Services
The comprehensive examination is a process in which the doctor gathers information about your child's teeth, growth, and development to provide a thorough diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan. This examination may include radiography. Growth and development: The doctor will evaluate and monitor your child's growth and development at each preventive appointment.
Prophylaxis (dental cleaning): Dental cleanings are important appointments that allow the doctors and hygienist to monitor your child's oral health. The hygienist will clean and polish the teeth. This helps to promote healthy gums and teeth by removing the plaque that causes decay and gum infection.
There is very little risk in dental X-rays. Pediatric dentists are especially careful to limit the amount of radiation to which children are exposed. Our office uses Digital Radiography. An intra-oral sensor that is placed in the mouth collects the image. The benefit of digital radiography is that it reduces radiation exposure 80-90% compared to traditional radiograph which means less exposure and less risk.
Tooth Sealants refer to a plastic that a dentist bonds into the grooves of the chewing surface of a tooth as a means of helping to prevent the formation of tooth decay. Typically, primary or baby teeth don't require sealants. Also, all permanent molars don't require sealants. Your dentist can help you advise you.
Made of tooth-colored material, composite fillings restore the teeth's natural beauty. Composite fillings can be matched very closely to your child's natural tooth color and are virtually indistinguishable from non-restored teeth. Composite fillings are excellent options for front teeth, but may be suggested for selected sites on molars as well.

Always a great experience here, the dentist is amazing!! My kids have been going since they were 6 months old, just recently had an emergency while the office was closed so I left a message and was called back within minutes with the Dentist willing to come in and take care of my son. I would highly recommend Dino Smiles to anyone with kids! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and they go above and beyond for their patients!

This place is amazing! My son is on the Autism Spectrum with quite a lot of energy, and he has been coming here since he was about 3-4 years old. I am completely astonished by the phenomenal hospitality from staff and Dr. Gremillion at Dino Smiles. I would always express my appreciation for the dental assistants during our visits for their awesomeness because they 1.) are "naturally" nurturing, 2.) have great interpersonal skills and 3.) are awesome at tailoring a great successful environment during all our dental visits! My son sure loves coming here, and the decoration theme is a plus!

Best experience! It was son's first real dental visit. They were super nice! The place is decorated with all kinds of dinosaurs and they have a tv in every room with a movie playing. My son more recently has gotten into toy story. Now I don't know if they put toy story on bc he was wearing a toy story shirt or if it was just a coincidence, but he loved it! I'd recommend them to anyone with kids!

This customer service is ridiculous. My sons appt has been canceled twice by them and they say we'll we have something 2 months from now it's a damn 15 minute 6 month check up. He hasn't been seen in over a year because everytime his appt comes its canceled and the ladies in the front are rude about it.

Recently moved to this area and had to find a new place for kids to go to. I am very glad I found this place. It is super clean and neat. The staff and the Dentist were nice and professional, but the Dental Assistant was actually the nicest and she is the real reason I'm leaving 5 stars. I wish I remembered her name but she made both of my children feel really comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone with children.

My son had his first appt. He didn't have major issues, just his 2 front teeth. He was crying the whole time and the dentist and assistant was so kind & patient with him. I loved that they offered another option to slow down decay instead of just sedation at another place. Thank you Dino Smiles for your patience & help!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. It's not because of the dentist but it was the dental assistant. For one she was very rude and I think she shouldn't work in a pediatric dentist. It was my sons first time there and after having to go to the hospital a lot because of an illness he is very afraid of going anywhere that resembles a doctors office. So we sign in and the receptionist is nice the waiting time was reasonable as well. They call us to the back and I am reassuring my son everything is ok and showing him the games trying to calm him down because at this point he is whining

Normally when I find a good place or service, I give 5 stars right away. For this place, I gave only 3. Here's why. The "dinosaur" atmosphere seems appropriate with kids. There are lots of toys and TV to entertain kids. Staff were friendly. But that's not I go for really. Our Dentist's assistant was very friendly just not persistent with what she needed to do enough (in my opinion). Dentist came in, not even introduced himself or no friendly hand shaking. He was supposedly there to count my son's teeth. When asked though, he said "errr maybe he has 10 on the bottom,..." Maybe??? Also, the dentist

This is such a great place. The staff is amazing. The assistant explained every single thing that was going to be done, not only to me, but to my son as well. They're always double checking to make sure the kids are completely comfortable and answer any and all question parents or kids have. I love this place.

Love the staff and dentist is awesome. I have a child with autism who has anxiety regarding medical and dental appointments, they all made her comfortable along with her twin brother. We're so thankful to have a dentist that provides the care for children but also the fun as well. My kids actually WANT to go to the dentist now.

I cannot say enough about this dental office. Everyone was kind and extremely professional. My daughter was remarkably comfortable with Dr. Gremillion, and his staff, during her first dental visit. Dr. Gremillion and his team are very informative and they explain everything! They have a lot of patience when it comes to children. You can tell they are very passionate about their work and the children. I want to thank everyone for the excellent service we received. The care that we were shown was extraordinary.

This office is truly amazing! The space is decorated beautifully and very child friendly. The staff was great. The Mr. Gremillion DDS was great with my 2 1/2 year old son at his first dentist appointment! He was very warm and caring in his approach. My son was comfortable enough with him to open his mouth for his check-up, which I thought would never happen. All in all, I walked in nervous and left beyond happy with the service we received. My son was happy to be at "the dentist"; as a parent that makes me very happy!

I took my 2.5 year old son for his first check up, and what a wonderful experience! My son hates when I brush his teeth, so I wasn't sure how today would go. He was pretty nervous at first, but Dr. Gremillion and his staff were so patient, caring and fun that they had my son giggling in no time! It was a wonderful experience and we will be back every 6 months.
