She listened to my needs, she was patient with me, and she was able to find me a condo quickly. I wasn't ready to purchase a home until November 2021. But between July and November she sent me monthly listings, all properties within my price range and in different neighborhoods. Beau was extremely patient, positive, and professional throughout our entire 3 month search to purchase our first home and I can't thank him enough. I was very diligent searching myself on realtor, etc. and when I'd send Beau the listings, he'd have showings scheduled within 24-48 hours. He was efficient and would schedule showings back to back in order of locations so we weren't driving back and forth. He was also so flexible working with us on our schedule - in the evenings after work, or on the weekends.
