I’ve lived here for a year already and I enjoyed the comfort of my apartment and the peace it was here. Recently there has been a change in the office with a new man who works alone. I’ve had a couple encounters with him that made me feel uncomfortable especially his attitude. The other day I was walking around the complex with my baby and I over heard screaming and children, as a mother myself I had to see what was going on. The man from the office was yelling at children from the complex which was surprisingly unprofessional. I addressed him that what he was doing was wrong and unprofessional

You get what you pay for I looked at Apts for 1000 a month.. no comparison 🤞🏾if you complain about a small washer then move into a home 🤷🏾‍♂️. Rent a home where there is more space. I feel safe in the gated community. Big garage space. Quite and friendly neighbors so far.

WORST apartments to rent from. My first issue was when my boyfriend and I first moved in a month letter the new manager called and said they had charged us the wrong rent and deposit. So we had three days to come up with it or they were going to evict us.
Next, on our lease we put we had two dogs, when they moved us in they "waived" the pet deposit. 7 months later the manager contacted my boyfriend and said we had a week to pay the deposit because the dogs weren't on the lease. I had to show the MANAGER on the lease my dogs were listed. She still insisted we had to pay the deposit, so I had to

It was super professional an easy, Maria (assistant community manager) went above and beyond to accommodate me. The maintenance crew Mikey and Angie were amazing as well, they teamed up and got my place move in ready days earlier then expected. Thank you so much for your help and easy process.

This is a corporate entity. I told them I wanted to rent a year, then go month to month. After a year of renting, they presented me with a new lease that included $800 per month more to rent month to month. I was told to sign a lease, and that I could get out if I paid 2 months after moving out. I did. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR OVER 9 GRAND after I moved out and did exactly as they said. DONT RENT MONTECITO.

Poor poor management. The apartments are nice, but not worth it. My husband moved in before we got married, and once I moved in I filled out the paperwork to get put in the lease. They never did. When it came time for us to move out, we cleaned that apartment spotless. The manager who checked us out said we should get our whole deposit back. It took them SIX MONTHS to mail us our deposit (which is illegal btw) We called and they never answered. When we finally got our deposit it was only $5 instead of the full $500. They said our cleaning was only "okay" and the check list that they clearly did

I’ve lived here about 8 months and would highly recommend NOT living here. The price is outrageous for the amenities. The gym is terrible, pool is small, the washer/dryer are very small and only good for max one person, and the staff is unhelpful. I recently had my keys stolen was locked out of my apartment overnight. There was no after hours number to call. I tried calling 5 times the day of the incident and never received a call back. I sent an email and an urgent maintenance request, which over 24 hours later I have not received an answer, which would be an even more serious problem if I had

I pay $1498 for a 1bed/1bath. From the outside, the apartments indeed look very nice. However, the following are my complaints which I felt could have been done better:
1) When I moved in, the apartment was pretty dirty. Supposedly, when we first move into the apartment, it should be professionally cleaned, however, there was no way this was true. If it was professionally cleaned, it was done very poorly. Even after three times of vacuuming the carpets, I was still getting handfuls of dust in the vacuum machine. Every counter (kitchen/sink) I had to wipe personally as it was very dusty and after
