Would NOT recommend. Mostly due to management issues.
The lack of communication was terrible. At one point, I went at least a full month without a reply to a single call, text or email. I can’t fault them for material shortages, but due to the lack of communication, I ended up defaulting to the assumption that I was being lied to. That wasn’t the case, but a fair assumption on my given the circumstances. I just wanted a weekly update…good news or bad news…didn’t care…I just wanted to be kept up to speed on what was going on.
There also seemed to be some disconnects between the promises

We were very pleased with our recent window installations! Not only were they attractive and a big improvement to the appearance of our house, but the installers, Duffy and Zach, went above and beyond my expectations by doing some repairs that greatly improved the appearance. Val, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and the cost was far less than other bids we received! I would certainly hire them again for future home improvements!

We have waited a year to get our job fixed and finished. They did a terrible job and left trash literally all over our back yard. They left with dents in the top right in front of kitchen window. The edges were left shoddy and I trusted the owner to have his men out to finish. They haven't finished haven't repaired it and it leaks at every seam.please don't pay them in advance.we paid half down and they didn't show up for 4 months or more. They lied and left a horrible job they will not do anything about. I had coast to coast do things cheaper and better. They aren't even

- Schedule (2 out of 5). During initial bid they said it should take 2 weeks in June to complete project. It is now July and the project is left undone and we are still waiting for them to come back and fix problems.* Will update review when project finally complete.
