On behalf of our entire team, thank you for considering our nursing and rehabilitation center for you or your family member's care. Our newly remodeled facility features 117 skilled nursing beds, 23 of which are part of a sub-acute unit for Trach and Vent Care. We also have a large rehabilitation gym with state of the art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents.
After an injury, illness, or surgery, a patient may require specialized attention and therapy to recover. At Country Villa Belmont Heights Healthcare Ctr, rehabilitative therapy plays a crucial role in helping patients recover, regain strength, or find new ways of doing things that were once second nature.

I am beyond frustrated and HURT to say the least at how this place, more specifically Case Worker Maria conducts business in such an insensitive manner. What Case Worker, Manager or Administrator does not put scheduled appointments in their calendar and forgets, nor calls to say, hey I haven't gotten to it yet etc... nor does she keep her word to call back to let us know ANYTHING. Our Mom passed April 12th, 2019, and we have scheduled to go and pick up her clothes and belongings. The first scheduled time we had to postpone because of conflicting scheduling in handling our Mom's affairs. We called

WOW! I had a great experience with the physical therapy staff at this facility. Connie was really patient at every session, and always spent extra time making sure we were okay. We had all our needs addressed really quickly. once the administrator of the building even came to answer my mom's call light and got her a glass of water. Great service. Thank you to all the staff!

As mentioned, in one of the reviews by my sister Tina Austin, my sisters and I had a rough time here trying to fight for our mother's health. My mother was CONSISTENTLY, sleeping ALL THE TIME. Finally I put in a call to her dr and to my surprise they were giving her Norco, Ativan ( which they were ONLY suppose to give her when she was agitated!)....No WONDER mommy was always sleepy! If I tell you everything that has happened, it would become a book!!! Anyway my mommy passed away April 12th. Very friendly environment my grandmother lover the therapy she received Amy and her team were amazing explaining every exercise. The facility overall was clean and well kept. Michelle and Andrew helped with the transition from hospital to facility and always reached out to my family. Highly recommend this facility for rehab and nursing care.

I have been working with Luis the director and Maria the case worker for about 2 years. It is always a pleasure to visit Country Villa. Luis will alway take a minute to visit. Maria alway has a welcoming smile, (and a cup of coffee). In fact all the staff that I Have worked with is friendly and professional. I believe Country Villa operates with integrity and compassion. This was rather confusing, because I wanted to review Country Villa Belmont Heights and it kept reverting to another name. I want to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and caring staff to take care of their loved ones. I was very impressed with the undivided attention of the staff to every detail in making the residents happy. The nurses really love the residents and are so respectful and intuitive to their needs. In some places, when you try to call a nurse, it takes forever, but here, the nurses responded immediately and never seemed to get impatient. Very refreshing

Terrible service. My uncle scraped his knee and bled all over his sheets. I told the nurse before I left that he needed a sheet chance, came back almost 24 hrs later and they still had him laying in his bloodied sheets. The team is very disorganized at the facility, the place is dirty. Would not recommend it for a loved one

This place is disgusting, the staff is extremely rude. Especially a woman with clownish red hair, who looks more like an ex con than a nurse. My grandfather was here for a few months, and his condition worsened terribly, I didn't expect miracles from them, but he had a fever for four days and they acted as if it wasn't anything serious. When we threatened them with legal action they finally sent him to Long Beach Medical Center a few blocks away. There he was treated for pneumonia, and had a fever over 100. The doctor there said he should have been brought in immediately, NOT four days later. In
