On March 29 and 30, 2021, Southern Touch constructed a gravel parking pad and adjacent Diamond Pro retaining wall at my home. We discovered after installation that So. Touch did not follow the installation guidelines for the Diamond Pro blocks, manufactured by Belgard. Belgard products have a lifetime warranty, fully transferrable to any future homeowner, for their blocks, if installed according to their specifications. Because the wall foundation was not properly prepared with a trench, and the first course of blocks was not partially buried within the trench, the local Belgard representative

Southern Touch just replaced a 75 foot retaining wall for us, and to say we are satisfied is an understatement. Our home/yard looks so much nicer, and we are confident that our retaining wall is doing its job.
