Don't use RLW as a property manager. I'm a tenant and for the last two years I've heard nothing but excuses for maintenance issues. EVERYTHING takes forever and a day to be addressed. There are all sorts of excuses - somebody quit, higher priorities, it's the end of the month. I feel for the owner of my unit as they are taking her money but not providing the services she pay for.

Unfortunately, RLW is the worst realtor I have ever used. I've bought or sold 13 houses in my life and RLW takes the cake. Non-responsive, dropped balls, missed deadlines, failure to share critical information and updates, and potential ethics violations to name a few of the issues. Using RLW has been a horrible nightmare for my wife and me, and we'll likely file formal complaints with the oversight agencies and associations.

As the Personal Representative of my sister-in-law's estate I was faced with the task of selling her 5 acre ranch. The house and out-buildings were in need of some attention. After some due diligence, I selected five realtors to interview. During the interview, I asked each realtor to complete a questionnaire and mail or email it to me. Some of the realtors had more experience, some had offices closer to the property, others lived closer to the property and one dealt almost exclusively in small ranches.
