I cannnot express how much Shaya and Seth really came though. I live in LA and needed someone to help my mother in Florida w Capitol One and stop the threatening letters and after one phone they took charge immediately, went to all court proceedings, and filed every document needed. It was serioulsy the best $500 i ever spent. They got the initial bill settled down to 50%. THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF!!

Happy to report that my problem was taken care of in a responsive and timely manner. My problem regarded fraudulent credit card charges that my credit card company didn't believe were fraudulent. Later it escalated to a collections agency who decided to sue me. The law firm was very good with following up with me and made it convenient for me to process the necessary paperwork to get it started. A few months later I got good news from them, received an email with all the details, and later conversed with the lawyer I was assigned (Seth) to share with me how it went. Given if the problem persisted

I contacted Shaya regarding a court order from a third party debt collector I knew nothing about. He took my information & case number and represented me for the claim. Within months he got the case dismissed. He took the time to explain the process and advised me on my rights and their responsibilities as a "third party debt collector". I will definitely call him again should I have any future issues with these types of debt collectors. His price was reasonable for the time it took, and I did not miss any time from work for this case.

I am so happy at what this agency was able to do in such a short period of time. They were able to dispute and win against a 3rd party agency who would call day in day out. I was immediately notified when the case was dropped. I will note you have to call them to keep up with your case outside of that they are great at what they do. Thank you Markovic Law!
