This is the company that is slated over the building I live in. The management office is absolutely not equipped to handle residential complaints. The receptionist Livi has no idea what she is doing. Never has any answers about dates and times pest control shows up for extermination. Just gives a day and you have to just put aside your entire day for someone to show up late in the afternoon. People have lives. Instead of posting guidance in the building that says exterminator will show from 8am to 4pm just say he will come at 3/4 pm like I had to dig out of the receptionist.
