We provide service in all of Lincoln and its surrounding areas, such as Waverly, Eagle, Raymond, Denton, Roca, Bennet and more. When traveling outside of Lincoln there is a small added charge of $.50 per mile outside of Lincoln. Call us to see if we work in your area! Our regular service labor rates consist of a $30 dollar trip charge and an hourly rate of $95 an hour during regular business hours.

I have used Biggerstaff for many years. I had a plumber come out to put in a new shower. He came out to do the work and he tracked mud all over my house. He put in the new shower fixture and he left solder all over the new tub surround. It was everywhere. Then when I went to put the remainder of the shower surround in, I discovered he put the shower fixture in two inches too deep. When I called, they argued with me that I was wrong. He finally came back out to fix the poor work. When he did, he tracked mud all over my house a second time. I showed him that he had done it incorrectly and he agreed

Our water heater was dripping for several months and then started to leak at the bottom. I called Biggerstaff on Friday afternoon and got a quote. Was waiting for some additional quotes so called back Monday morning to schedule the work. They honored the price quote they gave me Friday even though they had just gotten word of a price increase. They also had a cancellation and were able to send someone out within 30 minutes. New hot water heater was working great within a couple hours. Thanks so much for the great service! And I was able to get a $150 rebate from Black Hills Energy for this energy

When our heater went out on one of the coldest days of the year, Biggerstaff worked quickly to arrange someone to come out to take a look. In the meantime, they talked us through ways to keep the house warm. They checked in the next day with additional information. Biggerstaff's friendly and helpful service exceeded our expectations!

I inquired about adding a whole home HVAC humidifier as well as preventatively replacing my 13 year old sump pump a few months ago. Every question and/or concern was answered thoroughly. The HVAC crew and plumbing crew were separate yet Dennis was able to arrange for both crews to come out for the same appointment time...which was greatly appreciated.
For anyone questioning whether an HVAC humidifier is worth it....I 100% approve. I have a hygrometer/thermometer at my home and office. My office is currently 71 degrees and 17% humidity. My home is 70 degrees and 40% humidity. It's not just a number

When our AC went out, i did a little troubleshooting and found that the start capacitor had blown. Wanting to get a new one ASAP, several HVAC places here in town wouldn't sell me the part, but instead wanted to send a tech (to tell me what i already knew was broken). Biggerstaff not only had the part in stock, but sold it at a very reasonable price (i researched the price online), and i had my AC back up and running in less than 1 hr.
