I am not going to beg for a proposal!
He came to our house on May 10th to review our requirements. He promised a quote for a landscaping project of our entire backyard by the 19th - nope. Then when I had to reach out and ask when he would have a proposal to me, he said May 24th. Still nothing. No emails. No texts. No calls.
It makes me wonder just how good they live up to their installation commitments when they can't even deliver a quote as promised, and/or don't stay in contact.
I guess business must be fantastic if they can ignore a potential client on a pretty large project

We scheduled an appointment with Vicente and had someone come out to look at our backyard. They came, and said we would hear next week with an estimate. Two weeks later we get the estimate. We then reach out to work with their landscape designer, something mentioned to us during the first visit. Sounded like a great idea, but we had to schedule a month out... ok we can wait. The day arrives and 5 min before they are supposed to arrive they call to cancel. We are now being told they will not come see us again for over 4 months. This is absolutely ridiculous and they clearly don't need our business

Covid-19 virus material slowdowns and incredible demand in the Prescott area not withstanding, Vicente Landscaping started my job when they said they would. Their office staff kept me apprised via email. What a difference to have a professional installation! The big shock up front was their pricing was the same as an unlicensed installer which we would have had to buy all the material and get it delivered. So worth the wait and lack of headache to have Vicente Landscaping Do It All. I especially liked the paver and grass crews respect of our property and attention to detail. Very polite installers

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Prescott Valley. We knew we were going to want a paver job done at our townhome. Bruce Basehore, owner of Southwest Paver Restorations recommended Vicente, owned by Chris Welborn. We trust Bruce, so we called Vicente. Scott came out to discuss our needs. Once we received our bid for the job, we got on their schedule. We could not be more pleased with the job Vicente Landscaping did. Their attention to detail was second to none. Way overpriced. Poor quality work, that has required them to come back innumerable times to make good. Supervisors attitude is at best, POOR. Just as a for instance, plants that they planted died, and we have not been reimbursed for these dead plants that we purchased. There's another for instance, the drip system they placed, had to be replaced at our expense. MOST IMPORTANTLY, ONCE AGAIN, THE SUPERVISORS ATTITUDE IS POOR.

We asked for an estimate to remove sod. When making the appointment I was not told that it would be 5-7 days before they could produce an estimate. The guy they sent out was very rude. He didn’t like the fact that my husband knew alot about sod removal. He measured, got in his truck, said in an offhand manner that we would get the estimate in a couple of days. His attitude and the fact they didn’t tell us it took so long to get an estimate lost them our job.

Had the most wonderful experience with Vicente Landscaping. Trying to build and landscape remotely was a challenge, but Vicente made it easy and the end result was more than we could have hoped for. Their customer service is exceptional, their were open to changes, always communicating and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Our new home is beautiful, Thank You Vicente!

Vicente Landscaping does a great job in everything I have ever hired them to do. Weekly maintenance? Yes, my yard looks great! Change up a few things in the yard? Add some new plantings? Sure! They made great recommendations and the new plants thrived! Brand new house landscaping? I have done this twice and both yards looked better than I could have imagined. They listened to understand what I envisioned, and told me what would and wouldn't work. All the crew work hard and even seem to enjoy their labor intensive jobs!! Professional from start to finish. Vicente Landscaping did a major "refresh" to our backyard this spring. Chris as owner and every single person we dealt with over the week of our new installation were knowledgable; had great ideas; made suggestions and yet really listened to our ideas as well. The week of installation went smoothly with Jose' and his hard working crew. We could not be more pleased with our new lovely expanded patio, walkways, plants, etc.

We hired them when we moved here in 2004. We paid them a lot of money for landscaping and all we got were weeds. I had them come back twice and then they said there nothing they could do to fix about the grass seeds they planned and never heard from them again . They laughed at me and said you're not in California anymore. I would never recommend them to anyone. We lost a lot of money
