Bonding can be an important part of restoring or completing your smile. When a dental problem has surfaced in your mouth and causes unsightly flaws and/or slight discomfort, dental bonding will improve and strengthen your confidence of your smile. Although a consultation and full analysis with the dentist is recommended before treatment, there are many reasons that bonding may become necessary.
Cosmetic contouring can be used instead of braces to enhance the appearance of your teeth. It is used to correct crooked, chipped, cracked and overlapping teeth in only a one to three visits. Commonly combined with bonding, this procedure can alter the length, shape and position of your teeth to help you achieve a beautiful smile.
Dental implants can be an important part of fixing your teeth and can be used in solutions for replacing single or multiple missing teeth. Dental implants are made to give you the strength, stability, resilience and support that your natural teeth do. Dental implants are replacements for both the root and the tooth that are made to provide the support that is needed in your mouth.
Once your permanent teeth have grown in, there may be some instances where a tooth (or teeth) need to be extracted. These cases need to be properly diagnosed by a professional dentist-any and all alternatives should be discussed when considering tooth extraction. Under most cases, extraction of the tooth is the last resort to maintain dental health.
A filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, and so forth. In just one appointment, the decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed, cleaned and filled. This is the best dental center ever! So professional and so nice. They make me enjoy going to the dentist which is not usually a thing for me. Brittany is the BEST hygienist/assistant. She loves what she does and makes me love and care for the general care of my teeth. They text me every time I need a cleaning. Dr. Welch listens very well and has taken care of every cavity and root canal. I recommend this dentist to everyone!

Amazing group of professionals! Dr. Welch did an amazing job fixing a chipped tooth and a filling. I was nervous but I didn’t even feel anything going on as they worked on my teeth. The work came out perfect. I have had prior work done by Dr. Welch. Another dentist made it seem like I had one expensive route to get the work complete, Dr. Welch gave me other affordable options. He has been my dentist of choice every since. They even have late appointments on Tuesday’s!

Dr. Welch is the best dentist I have found in my thirty something years. His shots are entirely painless, and he has a very pleasant dispostion. The hygienists are equally as wonderful. Each room has a TV, and a large window with a nice view. I never have to wait long to get work done and I always leave there feeling great. All my family members in Baton Rouge now go there.

Very professional from start to finish. Courteous receptionist and nice waiting area. Dr. Welch is a wonderful, caring dentist that plays great music in the dental procedure rooms. The billing office is prompt and efficient. I have never had an insurance issue. I highly recommend Dr. Welch and his staff.

I have seen Dr. Welch for 10+ years. After having a true fear of dental work, I could not have asked for a more understanding dentist who takes the time to welcome you, ask how you are doing, etc. The ladies in the office are so very nice and personable. They provide a comfort level and are skilled in their jobs. Also, if you are considering veneers he is the very best! I had mine done almost 10 years ago and this is not to brag, (because this is Dr. Welch's handiwork) and I have to say it makes me happy every time I brush my teeth. Best investment ever!

I switched from another dentist to Highland Dental Center. My husband and I had great experiences here. Dr. William Welch is very nice and professional. His staffs are great. When I had a question regarding the bill, the office staffs took it very seriously and explained it in a professional way. Although I found out it was my calculation error and insurance policies that confused me, I really appreciate their attitude towards their work and patients. My husband and I will definitely stay with them.

Dr. Welch's office is great. My husband and I are new patients and both had extremely positive experiences. The staff are incredibly friendly. The hygienist, Rikki, was the best I've dealt with. She answered all of my questions, told me exactly what she was doing and what to expect, and was much more gentle than most hygienists. Dr. Welch is very friendly, as well. I highly recommend!

"When I moved to Baton Rouge many years ago, I asked a friend to recommend a dentist. Their preferred dentist wasn't accepting new patients, but the office recommended Dr. Welch. Since then, I have used Dr. Welch for routine exams and cleaning, dental fillings and some cosmetic dentistry. I've been happy with the results.
