We just recently started renting with the Fulton group but are loving it so far! The leasing team (Jessica and Olivia) were both so professional and prompt when answering questions and helping us find the right rental fit for us! We also so appreciated that the leasing process could be completed online as we were living several hours away when we signed. We also had an emergency maintenance issue occur right after move in and the head of maintenance (Justin) was very prompt and professional, working with their contractors to get someone to us right away to fix the issue. Poor experience in the last few weeks after a pleasurable first few months renting a home from Fulton Group. Expected to pay full water bills even after there was a leak confirmed for a length of time before we moved in, black mold confirmed but no urgency to inspect it and get rid of it, and very unprofessional conversations with them where an operations manager sarcastically called me a "construction expert", "black mold specialist" and that "I must have life all figured out". I simply was concerned that my roommates and I were inhaling black mold for who knows how

Everyone who has helped us along the way with the process of renting from the Fulton group has been incredibly helpful. I couldn’t have been happier spending the last three years renting from The Fulton Group. Olivia has always been wonderful to work with answering any questions and made the process of signing my initial lease and subsequent renewals painless and easy.
Any maintenance issues that occurred in my unit were resolved within a timely manner. The staff was always friendly & respectful when they had to come into the unit to work on anything.

This is my first time leasing with Fulton Group after renting with two other realty groups in Grand Rapids and it is by far the best experience I have had. The staff is super friendly and they are very easy to communicate with. It's easy to get in touch with them and they are quick to respond when you reach out. All in all it feels like a much more personal experience.

Have rented with this company prior. 0 out of 10 would recommend their services. Horrible office communication, everyone seems to leave an hour early so call when they open if you need to get a hold of someone. Also don't expect your down payment back at all as they will not contact you about the refund and will most likely lie about damage and cleaning so take pictures before and after you move in/out.

I just signed for my second consecutive year at the Fulton Group, and each time I have had very similar experiences. The process of finding, viewing and leasing has been extremely quick and seem less. Brett is the main point of contact for viewing homes, and he is very personable yet professional. After that, you work with the rest of the team, who I have had nothing but good interactions with, to sign your lease and setting all of the details. They have always been very responsive and quick to settle any issues (though there have been very few). I would suggest to anyone to sign with the Fulton

Most unprofessional leasing company I have ever worked with, if I could leave negative stars I would. I lived in a very old house, and expected issues however the issues we had to deal with were extensive. We had water damage which led to the discovery of mold. They did the required work of quarantining the area and effectively kicking me and some of my roommates out for 10 days without compensation. To do the mold evaluation, the manager Rochelle brought in her husband to do the air eval as an "unbiased" third party. We also had pest issues such as bats several times without them fixing

Olivia, Rob, and all other staff members were extremely helpful to us! Maintenance always arrived in a timely manner for absolutely anything that we needed. Money was incorrectly charged out of our deposit upon moving out, and it was fixed right away with no hassle. I would recommend renting from them, I like the way they do business.

The reviews here so far are rather harsh, so I felt I should share my experience with Fulton Group. I've rented from 2 different companies in Grand Rapids, Fulton Group was the 2nd, recommended by a friend. A lot of people say to beware, but in the end, my experience was not all that negative. They are overpriced, my house had a mice infestation, we had an upstairs bathroom leak through ceiling downstairs, our heating broke down, and the house was filthy upon move in. Prior to move in, we were told the house would be cleaned, repainted (in & out), and fixed up as a group of boys lived

BEWARE!! Very nice and helpful until you sign. Once you are leasing they never seem to have anyone available to make any repairs. My son has had no lights all year and a lamp with extension cord in his bathroom. In order to not have the landlord bringing potential Renters for the following School year you have to sign a year ahead of what you need. Please contact me for better details BEWARE. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS. ANY OTHER LANDLORDS WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS! SHISTERS! Very nice til you lease. Rude there after!

The house that we rented through Fulton group was never great to begin with. The shellac that was on the hardwood floors was pooled up in some areas (causing the floor to always look like something had spilled), it was missing blinds, and there were various other problems. Once we moved in, I made maintenance requests to get things fixed and was told that they did not have a maintenance person at that time and were unwilling to do any maintenance requests unless it was absolutely necessary.
