I've been getting my hair cut here for the last five years and I am a real fan. First and foremost, they do great work, it's a place where you go in and the owner is standing right there cutting hair next to her employees. Everyone is super friendly and its easy to get an appointment, even on short notice.

I had a coupon for three massages and when the original masseuse injured herself and had to refer me to another masseuse to cover for her I was unable to contact this person for over a week. When I finally asked to speak to a manager they basically told me that the new masseuse's clients took priority and that they could not get me in for over a month (after my voucher expired). The two people I spoke to were very rude. Luckily I was able to get a full refund from Amazon Local. They lost themselves a customer!
