Services
Our goal is to ensure the families have peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe and in good hands. We understand the transition to a skilled nursing facility can be difficult for the resident and loved ones, whether for a short term rehabilitation stay or long term care.
Our team of professionals offers comprehensive healthcare services to meet the individualized needs of the resident, ranging from short-term rehabilitation services to caring for clinically-complex residents.

Landmark of Plano offers a unique and holistic approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, at all stages. Residents enjoy a home-like environment along with the care of a dedicated and compassionate team who understand the disease process. Each day, residents are encouraged to participate in daily activities as much as possible and to live each moment to the fullest.
Caregivers face many challenges and can easily neglect their own health and well-being when they are involved with their loved one's needs. And while no one can care for your loved one like you do, it helps to know that there is a safe, active and supportive environment that can take the pressure off you.

My husband was in Landmark ten miserable days. They are extremely under staffed. Often one nurse and one aide for about eight beds. Push the button and wait. Very little contact with Doctor. They seemed not to know how ill he was or how to treat him. What looked like mold behind toilet. Finally, they took some tests and transferred him to a hospital. He was by then dangerously dehydrated and his kidneys were close to shutting down. I will say that one aide paid attention and helped him when she could. Problem was she wasn't there every day.

Worst Place ever. I lost my mother on 17th Feb. She stayed there only couple of days but suffered tremendously due to negligence of staff, inefficient facility of bedside toilet facility for patient with surgery. She got urine infection & Pneumonia. Finally admitted to hospital where she passed away.No blame on anyone but if you really care for your family member try to check facility as per their requirement so will not regret later.
