An ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Create space between the vertebrae while improving postural alignment and balance to the nervous system and alleviate common painful conditions, such as back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, headaches and more.
CBD is the non-psychoactive compound of the hemp plant. It fights inflammation in muscles by activating the pathways of existing cannabinoid (CB2) receptors in the body and then reducing soreness and stiffness. When we feel out of balance or in pain, it can be hard to relax. Because CBD works directly at the site of irritated nerve receptors, it desensitizes pain, allowing the body to relax instead of spasm.
Cupping is the oldest and most globally practiced medical treatment in human history. This remarkable therapy employees negative pressure, rather than tissue compression, for superior results in the wide array of bodywork techniques. Suction cup therapy is traditional, time-honored treatment effective for many health disorders.
The massage style is also considered classic massage. Deep tissue massage therapy is deep pressure bodywork. It focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The massage is beneficial in releasing chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

My husband and I called Vail home massage to our hotel room after our two kids went to bed. It was a fantastic decision - we both loved our 60 min massages and we will def be calling them again this trip. We felt immediately relaxed and both therapists were extremely skilled and very warm and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience!
