Many other shops say the massage is an hour, but it's only 50 minutes, and then they still take changing time out of that! Although Trigger Point Therapy can feel intense, it usually isn't as painful as some Deep Tissue Massage. I use elderberry syrup on maintenance dose during flu season and intensive dose when I get sick. While I notice and amazing improvement, check with your doctor before use. I have some alternatives that I believe are comparable in case the sambucus is not available. I use my salt inhaler for my acute asthma symptoms and anytime my throat starts to hurt.
