We love our pictures! They are not only beautiful but were also authentic and really captured the spirit of our family. No one in our family is comfortable in front of the camera, and Michelle made us feel at ease and encouraged us the whole time. Our 3 year old initially did not want to cooperate with pictures, but Michelle has such a good way with little kids and got him to open up, smile, and play, and thus captured him beautifully. I would 100% recommend and would book again.

Being a photographer myself, I'm pretty picky about my own family portraits....Michelle created magic with my family, and I'm so in love with our new photos. She captured us exactly as we are and I couldn't be happier with the variety of posed and candid she delivered! Michelle did a small family photo shoot for us for Mother's Day. My daughter didn't sleep well the night before and was having a difficult day, but Michelle was so gracious and patient with her and us! She had many different tricks and toys and you wouldn't know from looking at the beautiful photos how hard Michelle worked to get them! We will definitely use The Cotton Collective again for our family!

Michelle did our newborn photos, and we had such a great experience. She was wonderful to work with, was flexible with our newborn's schedule, and even had the patience to get our high energy dogs in a few photos. She takes time to get to know you as a client. And more than anything, she did a great job making us feel safe having her in our home during covid. We definitely look forward to working with her again in the future.

Michelle took the most wonderful photos of our family. We were all in Houston for a short time and she was very, very flexible to make sure our family was captured all together, she made it such an easy process.

My family and I had a photo shoot with Michelle and I can't begin to express what an amazing person she is! We have 2 young toddler boys and I was so nervous that they would not cooperate but the minute we met Michelle, I knew that wouldn't be an issue. I have seen Michelle in action as well as the beautiful moments she captures with her photographs. I would have no one else handle our engagement photos and we are flying her out to California because she is THAT good. She is sweet and down-to-earth and easy to be around which was really important to us when choosing a photographer.
