My name is Chantel Patricio and I'm a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Haven Therapeutic Massage. I'm on a mission to stop the stigma associated with mental health and offer support for those dealing with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Having loved ones who lived with mood disorders and struggled with addictions, I saw first-hand the toll it took on the mind and body.
We've ditched the waterfalls and raindrops and have curated eclectic playlists with artists ranging from Nina Simone to Radiohead. You can also play your own tunes or sub for a podcast! Swedish massage uses slow, rhythmic techniques to alleviate pain and soothe the nervous system. Hot towels, Aromatherapy and other modalities are complimentary with every treatment.
Matt is located in the heart of downtown Toronto and offers Therapy & Counselling for individuals and couples. Matt can help you work through Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Grief, and other issues.
