Polite and down to earth staff! They don’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need, and are great at directly showing you any issues while clearly explaining what’s going on.
The inside of my wheel was covered in rust from living in Utah; they thoroughly cleaned it out and repainted it for me- free of charge!! They also suggested a cheap place for me to find a new tire if I needed in the future.
Genuine, honest and hard working people doing what’s right rather than what’s profitable for them. Truly rare these days!

I had a boatload of expensive issues with my car yesterday, and was immediately treated like a member of their family. I was kept informed all day of the progress of my vehicle as the kind mechanic Scott worked on my car. He never pressured me into any big decisions but explained carefully what was wrong and what my options were. My car is running great again and just like my dad said, we've found our new and hopefully forever go to car guys!

I've been doing business with these guys for nearly 15 years, and there's nowhere else I'd rather go to buy tires and brakes. Smyrna Tire Service has been rocking it in Smyrna for many years and is a well known, reliable, affordable and honest shop in the area. It sits directly on South Cobb Drive at the Powder Street intersection...and for reference it sits equidistant to both Windy Hill and Spring/Concord Roads.
If you are looking for a fancy, newly constructed/updated shop with 10-15 bays, a large waiting room with TV's and complimentary coffee...this ain't the place for you! Smyrna Tire is a no frills, local shop that you can take or leave. The do have a tiny lobby with a chair or two if you like to wait

I was told by a local dealership that I needed a brand new tire because there was a nail in the inside wall of the tire, and it could not be repaired. I was also told that it would take five hours for them to get a tire delivered and it would cost me $400 some odd dollars. I had asked to see the tire where the nail was located. They would not show me. I was advised to check back to see if they had gotten the tire in. They put air in the tire and sent me on my way. I was not too happy! Fast forward about a week or two later.

Very friendly, courteous and professional! Highly recommend as they are caring and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone as they do what needs to be done without you feeling taking advantage of our overcharged. My husband took our car up to remove a screw that was on our tire and within an hour they had it out and since there was no damage done (miracle it seems as the screw was so long!) they didn't even charge us a service charge and that was just so nice of them. We will be back for sure.

As a woman, I hate going to dealerships and auto shops because they think they can take advantage due to my gender. I was at the dealership because my car was making a loud sound and I had to get a part replaced but they quoted me over $400 AND the entire process took 3 hours.

I sent a good friend here for 2 tires for a old Toyota Camry that's trying to get him through college. While there, Bobby Houze recommended that my friend needed new rotors and front brake pads. I inspected his brakes less than 2 weeks ago when I changed his oil and he did NOT need rotors and pads. When I called Bobby Rouze, he at first declined to provide the old brake pads and rotors when I told him I needed to see them and was extremely rude. As all the reviews attest, these guys are great. The shop looks like a hole in the wall but don't let that worry you. Call 'em with your best quote from Costco, they can usually beat it and get you rolling in an hour or so where Costco will take all day.
I recently had an issue with a tire slowly losing air pressure. I thought i must have picked up a nail. They determined I had a cracked rim. They can't fix those but gave me recommendations on where to have it fixed nearby.
They're honest and won't give you the "well Miss, this is how a car works"

I jst got back from using Smyrna Tire Service for the first time and I immediately wanted to write a review. I brought my vehicle in for some vibration in the front tires. They easily isolated the issue and provided an affordable solution. Unfortunately, my issue requires work from another type of shop however they went out of their way to improve it as much as possible and then provide a recommendation for somewhere they trust. Honest guys, nice, did quick work. I really felt like I could trust them and their work. I'm new to Smyrna but they've earned a lifelong customer from me

I went in cause of a nail in my tire. Replacing the tire was costing too much but after looking at my tire they assured me that a patch work will do the trick.
It took the mechanic less than 10 mins and costed me $20. Now that's what I call great service. Along with that they were very professional yet had a friendly attitude.
