Believe it or not there is at least one honest car garage in Waltham and this is it! If they are taking on any new customers consider yourself blessed because sometimes they can't. I have known these fellows for 16 years and I never knew kindness existed in a garage. I had just moved into the neighborhood and my bike needed air. I introduced myself to them and explained my situation. On top of saying yes we will put air in your tires they spoke it without the anger and resentment in their tonality. My aura felt soothed. And this my friends is a very sacred experience-

I arrived to the place with brake problems. They were very busy at the moment but they managed to address my concerns about certain brake noises. I needed right away because I had to travel. They were very fast and solve my problem. Thanks to Mario, Guillermo and Emerson. I would recommend this place to anybody. They will do a professional job.

I've been a loyal customer for four years. Not the same since Roberto left. Bad attitude from the main everyday guy now. He seems over worked. This place will also over charge you since Roberto left.

Guillermo is an excellent mechanic, is very personable, and very honest about what needs to be done. He tends to stick to his quotes, too. He's definitely upholding a respectable reputation for his trade. Recommend!

My usual mechanic was closed today, so I stopped in and am quite happy I did! Guillermo did a quick and efficient job, was super nice along with the rest of the guys, price was very reasonable, and they changed a tail light bulb for me at no charge. Great shop with friendly, knowledgeable people and dependable service. So far I've had oil changes done here, replaced brake pads/rotors, and will definitely come back for any other issues. The service was always fast (I either waited for less than an hour, or left the car for a couple of hours and picked it up same day), they gave a great price, and were straightforward about what needed to be done. Definitely recommend!

I've brought my car here a number of times and the service is always professional, fast and very reasonably priced. They also do a great job explaining what they're doing and why.

My car was making a growling and rattling noise. Came in on a Saturday around 11 am with no appointment. They called an hour later to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. The price was reasonable and it was ready for pick up in 2 hours.

I popped a tire and had a spare which I wanted them to mount on the old rim. They took me in on Jan 2nd, 2h after I called, while everyone else told me to come tomorrow, they did a great job, The owner was super friendly and took care of my car himself, and it was $25!

Need to give a shout out to this place. It was a long time ago, but I had an exhaust leak on my Infiniti and these guys were able to fix it (most shops can't weld, apparently), but not only that, they got it done on a Saturday without an appointment. The fix was affordable and they were totally honest and didn't try and upsell me.

It looks a little scary from the outside, but the guy made me feel comfortable and got it done quickly. That's most of what you want out of a garage, right?

Auto Systems is unquestionably the best and most economical garage that I've ever used (and I've been to a wide range over nearly 25 years). Guillermo is a friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful owner and mechanic. He always has time to take my car, he has been able to fix issues that other mechanics haven't, and he and his mechanics fix the both problems quickly and inexpensively. Even if my car breaks down somewhere (not close), I'll have AAA tow it to his garage, he is that good. By the way, I'm female, and I feel that it is harder to find a trustworthy auto shop

After several misadventures with other Auto Shops around Boston, I was introduced to Guillermo by my boss. Never going anywhere else again! Hands-down good people, good prices, and fast work. top notch!

Had a wonderful Saturday morning there "working" with Molina on my spoiler installation. I quoted in several shops before deciding to go Auto System because they offered the lowest price $75 (compared to Shell on main st $80, Perfection on Pleasant st in Watertown $100 and Paul's on Charles st $120). Molina is a very good guy, warm and fun. The whole installing process was enjoyable as I offered my suggestions (learned from YouTube) and we together finished the project. Molina also helped polish some scratches on the rear left side bumper $25, great job!! lastly, the young apprentice

I ended up here because of a mystery flat tire on the way to work. I am more than capable of changing a tire but in work clothes, rain, and a flat spare I was not about to change it myself, plus Hess across the street had a broken air compressor.....awesome.

I pulled my crippled car into their lot and was greated right away and helped very quickly. They were VERY fast and efficient taking off my bad tire, finding & taking out a nail, fixing the hole and getting me on my way with record speed. AND they proactively pointed out a minor issue they noticed on my brakes that should be checked

I stumbled upon this shop several months ago when I had what I thought was a major muffler problem. The owner, Guillermo, checked out the problem, showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate.

At first I thought the guy was crazy; only $85 to repair a muffler? Other places, like Midas in Watertown, told me that I had to replace the entire muffler system and it would cost nearly $400!

Guillermo showed me that there was only a small hole near the end of the exhaust pipe, and it was otherwise in excellent condition. Auto Systems did the repair quickly and efficiently, and they only charged
