This Business is a joke. Management discriminates against women and are treated unfairly! If management had it there way they wouldn't hire women but, because Oldcastle owns this company they have no choice. If your a female working for this company, you will be treated poorly. Also, women are not allowed to work in the warehouse, which is discrimination, only in other departments. Women can do just about ANYTHING a man CAN do. Last time I checked the calender, it's not the 1960's! Oldcastle is a Great company, Thermomass is NOT! I DO NOT recommend working for this company.
