We hired RME after the hail storm in May. They did an amazing job with the roof, gutters, paint and windows. We decided to change some colors and our house looks amazing with its makeover. Woody was our project manager and I worked solely with him throughout the process. He was always available, showed up whenever I had a question or needed something, and was a great person to work with.
There were some hiccups but he proved to be extremely helpful throughout the entire process of fixing the house. It was awesome to have someone talk directly to our insurance company and advocate for homeowners. I would definitely recommend RME; we are really happy with how everything turned out. RME did an outstanding job on our roof and windows.

We talked to four roofing contractors and chose RME. In the fall of 2020 Tim Gander met with our insurance adjuster to inspect our roof. It was determined there was hail damage. Cold weather set in and it was November before Rocky Mountain Enterprises could give us a new roof. Through the waiting period Tim stayed in contact with us. The roof was installed in one day. Rocky Mountain Enterprises (RME) just completed the installation of new roofs for our 26 homeowners and they did a great job. As President of our HOA, I can attest that both Darrin Azar, President of RME and Mike Stookey, Project Manager worked very professionally with our Board.
During the months it took to review all the pictures and reports about the poor condition of our roofs and the time the Board took to review other roofing bids, Mike Stookey was a constant presence with not only information, but also actual help with leaks and other roof problems that came up.

The RME Company was efficient and able to help get us an amazing product at a great price. We were extremely happy with the overall customer service and their work with the Insurance Adjuster. It was a phenomenal Experience and TIM was wonderful and knowledgeable about every aspect of the work needed and oversaw the project start to finish and beyond. I had quite a bit of hail damage to my home and they were very honest and fair with me.They thoroughly explained everything, and they were very patient in their dealings with the insurance and mortgage companies.
