We have been using Bobby for our plumbing needs for a few years now. He has done everything from putting in a new shower for us to putting in a hot water heater. I've got an old HVAC unit, and had them come out and service it. Old as it was, I was worried it was on it's way out, especially since it wasn't cooling the house like it had.
The man came out and cleaned things out. He knew what he needed to take apart, and what not to take apart.
He basically communicated that he could really tear into it and "service it" but he felt that given the age of the unit, that some of the serviceable parts would be better left alone. He only charged me half of the service call and left me with a much better working unit.

The technician called me to say that he was on the way. I left work and he never showed up and stopped answering the phone. They were supposed to call me ahead and tell me what time they would be there instead of calling to say they were on the way. I would be less upset if they had just called and said they were not going to make it instead of ignoring my calls.
