Schieck Dental is locally owned and operated by Dr. Joel Schieck. Dr. Schieck has been in practice since 1981. He relocated to Austin in 1990 and in 2010 he moved the practice to a brand new, contemporary building. The office is designed to enhance patient comfort and provide you and your loved ones with state-of-the-art care.

I have been going to Schieck Dental since I was a little girl and have always been treated with the upmost respect. They offer many services and are willing to go the extra mile for you. I had a painful toothache for 4-5 days. It was an upper tooth, second from rear. For my entire life, it was always a sinus problem but this time I knew it was the tooth. They got me in before the allotted time and I was in the area so that was great. No wait and they gave me a choice of root canal or extraction, and I chose extraction. I never felt the local anastetic being injected, and barely felt the procedure. I had no dental insurance but it didn't matter, it had to be done. My smile is not affected and 2 days later, no pain or bleeding and I'm back to normal, so my heartfelt thanks to the

The receptionist was very pleasant and got my next appointment that day. The dentist and his assists are well knowledge. The dentist goes thru the procedure before hand. If you ask he will give you the price of the procedure. He will tell you if it needs to be done or not. I'm happy with Schieck Dental.
