Recently I went to apply for a rental from oak realty. I was shown one rental but by the time I turned in my app (4 days later) the realtor said it was already rented out, he told me of another house but it wouldn't be ready for another month so I was unable to view but he gave me the details and told me I could drive by it. I paid the $25 application fee for this house because he assured me I'd be first in line and I really needed to move so this was my only option. What he didn't tell me before taking my money was that my credit score would effect if I would be approved or not. You think they
