Brought my civic in for an exhaust replacement. Owners were really nice. I really appreciated the text updates which included the condition of my car and detailed pictures. I thought it would’ve taken a couple days but it was fixed by the end of the same day I had brought it in. I will definitely be going back for any future car work.

Chuck and Deb have serviced my vehicles for almost 20 years and have been honest when a vehicle is not worth any more repairs. I still miss my Pilot but rust takes them all away eventually.

My Honda Fit wasn't accelerating evenly, so after another shop (dealership!) Said it would be a new clutch with some hefty labor costs, I went to Consaul Auto for a 2nd opinion. Their diagnosis was much simpler, more affordable, and most importantly correct. The Fit drives way better now.
Also they were really accommodating with my pick up and drop off schedule. They also have a great diagnostic tool that texts you the problems and proposed fixes before they call you to discuss the next steps.
I'll be going back there.

Debbie and Chuck take good care of our car. Service is excellent and they are both very helpful. They let us know when it is time for service and what should be done. We have had to just drive in with a problem and they take care of it. We drive the car with confidence as we know it is in good running order.
