My experience with Amy was fantastic. She took the time to assess my skill and previous work and tailored her instruction with me around that. Rather than a dictated lesson she was able to ascertain what I needed to focus on to be happier with my work and we spent the time addressing those specific areas. Her energy and positivity were also spectacular, truly conveying she loves what she does and being very encouraging towards my development.

Amy Edwards is an incredibly gifted photographer that combines her technical skill and eye for a shot with an incredibly warm and calm manner. She talked me through how to hold myself in many shots with such clear and kind language that it was an effortless process to get what ended up being great looking shots.

I met Amy a few months ago when I reached out to her for photography lessons. I was so excited after my first conversation with Amy before our lessons. Amy did a three-hour shoot with me that included multiple professional and casual scenes. Prior to the shoot, Amy consulted with me via phone (it was helpful to not have to work out ideas over e-mail) on my goals for the shoot and my ideal shoot locations. I selected New Image over other bids because of Amy's professionalism, positive energy, and dedication to making the process as stress-free for me as possible.
