This plumbing company is a TOTAL SCAM. Tried to pull off a truck load of lies to scam me out of a ton of money.
He said he would give me a quote through email, then suddenly wanted to come look at the job again? I already knew there was some BS on it's way. First got told the bathtub was once replaced, that was the opening line of the rest of the BS to follow. The bathtub is actually original! Then I got told the original stack set inside the CIELING for the upstairs toilet all had to be changed out to a bigger one, that it was too small. A 4 inch stack is NOT small!! THEN he denied that he

Poor customer service. Called for an estimate and was told that there would be a $59 fee that would be credited to my account if I accepted the estimate. Told him that I was checking around and other plumbers were willing to provide an estimate without charging a fee and he hung up on me. Don't waste your time on this guy.

Called Bohmann Friday morning asking if they had someone who could come out to put in a warranty replacement part that Rheem had sent me for my hot water heater. The man in the office said sure, no problem we can send someone out tomorrow morning. They then called me later in the day saying they could come out that afternoon to do the replacement because someone else cancelled.
Brian Bohmann came with a woman named Sally and I brought them down into the basement where the hot water heater was and gave him the part that Rheem sent to replace (it was a thermopile).
He told me it would cost $316

I called them for and estimate for a drain spout to see if the drain was broken or damage, so the guy told me that the Service charge is 65$ but if he did the work he would wave the fees, so I said ok! He came over only to tell me that everything looked really good with out doing any testing of any kind! So I said , well since you're already here why don't u just sneak it out any ways right? He shows me his chart of prices. If would cost me about 800$ for 30 feet only! Really? And he demanded to get pay for nothing ! Watch out big scam!

SCAM! I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews on Google before calling Bohmann. What a scam! Do NOT use this plumber! When I asked what their minimum job price was, Jerry said it was $49. I described the job to Jerry (an $8 replacement part and 1hr of labor only if you really take your time!), and he said he had no idea; he was just in charge of everything else "including accounting." He said a guy would show up, give me a quote, and if I didn't like it I could tell him to walk. So when Chuck showed up and said $279, I suggested he come up with a reasonable price. He said

Today is Wednesday night. We had been without a water heater since early Saturday. 2 friends of the family had looked at it and couldn't find the problem. It was time to call a professional. My fiance scheduled an appointment with a heating and cooling company that said they could fix the problem. They came out at 1pm and basically said, "Sorry you need to call a plumber." She was frustrated. She had explained over the phone what the problem was...why did they schedule the appointment? So I think fast from work. I look up Water Heater Repair on Yelp in the Milwaukee area
