I honestly wish I would have walked out after the stylist washed my hair. I've never cried so much and for so long after a haircut. When I went in, they didn't ask for my name, just took me to get washed, that probably should have been my first red flag. The man washing my hair kept pulling my head which caused me extreme discomfort in my neck, which I've never had before with a salon. When I got to the chair and he asked how much I wanted cut off, I told him to my shoulders and he turned around and said, "No, I don't think that will look good with long layers." I was confused because I never indicated

I have been struggling to find a place where they gave me the right balayage color I wanted. I have read nothing but great reviews about this place, and all I can say is that you won’t be disappointed! Lisa, was such a nice person who offered me drinks and made sure my visit went great. Ive been coming here for about six years and when I tell you I don't trust anyone else with my hair, I would not be lying to you! From blowouts, to highlights, to full color , and haircuts they do it all with ease and excellence. Emir and Taskin are my go to when I visit the salon. They have outdone their selves every-time I come. 10/10 recommend, would not go anywhere else. Not to mention their extremely reasonable prices, they honestly deserve more than they charge, considering they genuinely care about your hair.

The only reason I am even giving this salon 1 star was because of how nice the two gentleman were , or seemed so in the beginning. I'm not one to write reviews unless my mindset is changed from the experience.
I show up to my 3:30 appointment 10 minutes early, as always and am greeted by a gentleman who says it'll be a 10 minute wait, no problem. I sit outside, he hands me a mimosa, and I am relaxed to say the least. Due to COVID, I haven't had my hair done in ages and just moving to west Palm, I chose a salon that had the best rated reviews.
So 10 minutes go by and the gentleman

I have been coming here for years, YEARS, never have I been treated as horrible and unwelcomed as I was today. My hair was not how I wanted from a previous visit in which I went back to get fixed and it still wasn't fixed which I made no big deal about I figured I would go back eventually and get my hair done again. I made it clear when making my appointment I did not want the same person who did my hair the previous time because I was unhappy with the results. Top Star is one of my favorite salons. Emir is so patient, thoughtful and talented. I've gone back and forth from brightening for summer, to toning down in the winter. He corrected my brassy highlighted hair to a cool beautiful color. From beginning to end he was very attentive and I never felt rushed. They blew dry my hair smoothly and gave it a beautiful finish. I absolutely love and look forward to each appointment. Everyone at Top Stay is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I always look forward to my haircuts at Top Star. This is the best hair salon in West Palm Beach BY FAR! I tried other salons for haircuts when I moved to the area but Top Star gave the best service and are nice people. Emir is a pro when it comes to women's hair coloring as well. I have several friends that use him that can not say enough good things about Emir and team.

After weeks of researching to find the best hair colorist in West Palm Beach, I decided on Top Star, with their star, Taskin. He did not disappoint. He knew immediately what I wanted and got the job done. The blow out was great, as well. When I left there I had women stop me on Clematis Street telling me how beautiful my hair looked. I was a walking advertisement and I told everyone about him.

I went 3 years ago and had amazing service with Taskin- had a full highlight (bleach) and cut, for a little over $200, which was perfectly reasonable!
This time (July 2021) I saw Emir and he charged me $355!!!!! My mistake for not asking for a quote beforehand, but that was i-n-s-a-n-e!
I get all of the aforementioned services at home regularly. When I politely asked for a price breakdown, Emir was abrasive and rude. I genuinely felt taken advantage of and bullied.
I called the next day and spoke with Taskin, who was not

I did not get what i wanted at all. It was a horrible experience. When trying to find the store front I called to ask for help the guy was extremely rude and aggressive. I showed them what i wanted and they looked at it for 2 seconds. While my hair was being done the guy doing it was extremely rough. I am not tender headed at all but this was excruciating. It was such a painful experience I didn't want to stay to get it fixed. It did not end up how i wanted at all. Way to expensive for a crappy experience. Do not go here. Update: MY HAIR IS GREEN! The man that had done my friends hair was extremely rude to her but so nice to me. I don't understand why he was so rude to her but I know it made her and I uncomfortable being there. It was our first time going to top star for our hair .We went in super excited to get our hair done. If this man would have been more nice to us girls we would have kept going back and paying nicely but that will not be happening. Again I'm not sure what personal problems he had with him self but he did not need to take it out on his customers. It was truly a waste of time for us girls and honestly it was

These guys are good! I'm originally from New York and I moved to Florida. Now I drive up 2hrs45 minutes from key largo just to go here. They did a color correction last year on my hair that changed my life. They take their time and do everything right, there are so many steps they do to make it look amazing. I just feel like a different person when I leave. Truly amazing.

I had the pleasure to have Kasim style and color my hair. I scoured stylist and am very picky about who gets to do my hair, but Kasim over exceeded my expectations. He is an artist when it comes to hair coloring. His technique is incredible, his results even better! I went from a dark rooted hair virgin to an icy blond balayage chic. I couldn't believe the outcome, where most stylist warned me it will take a few sessions. He also gave me tips on how to care for my hair afterwards, and I left with more than just a smile on my face. I was confident and love love loved his work. Please see these

I made a reservation for 4 of us at 12pm two weeks in advance and we showed up at 12 and the first of us was seen at 12:20 and I was last and not seen until 1pm. Also, my hair has already fallen out and it wasn't even an hour ago that I left the salon. Terrible service, very mediocre blow out and not worth the money. I should've done it myself. Do not go here.

A second review a year later. Taskin Is wonderful along with all of his staff. They really work well together and everybody is so amazing. I know when I go in I'm in good hands. Taskin took my roots back to platinum blonde in no time. This salon is top notch with the upmost professional and products. I love top star.

I had a great experience here. I had self bleached my hair several times due to the covid shutdowns and came to Top Star to add some of my natural root back in with low lights. I was really impressed with how my hair turned out. Taskin does a great job on adding dimension into the root top so it fades naturally with the rest of your hair. I was also impressed at how speedy he did the lowlights. My hair turned out just the way I wanted it. I highly recommend coming here.
