Same day diagnostic even though they were busy and I hadn't scheduled an appointment. The receptionist Diane was polite, and explained what the problems were with the car. The repair cost was reasonable for the service and performed and a timely manner. Also provide additional information about future repair. I have found my new automobitive maintenance shop

Incredibly impressed with the way they went above and beyond for my car. I had an issue leaving me unable to pass emissions. After some repairs, I took it through again, and she failed. Well not only did they fix what was wrong, they took it through emissions themselves! That took an enormous weight off, my Dad recently was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and my car deciding not to work was horrible timing, but I'm so thankful for their kindness and thoughtfulness. They're proof there's still decent, honest people left in the world. Thanks again!

They did a great job replacing my oil cooler and at a reasonable price. I first went to another place down the street and they quoted me an exorbitant amount of money. I then took my car here and they were able to fix it at a much more reasonable price. They were very nice and the repair got done quickly. 5/5 would recommend.
I later had to take my car back to get the turbo fixed and they did a nice job on it. Not only did they fix the car but they provided some instruction on how best to maintain my car and turbo.

Very straight-forward shop, clear communication about what needs repaired and at what cost. I'll be a repeat customer, especially since they can work on Land Rovers. A really good place, a solid alternative to expensive 'official' Land Rover mechanic shops.

Ok, I just deleted my negative post that I sent in. I received a call from the owner and he listened to my issue and resolved it. In fact I'm bringing my car in on Friday for AutoSmith to diagnose another issue with the car. I am very pleased that the owner reached out to me for resolution. Shows me he cares about his customers. I would recommend this honest shop to anyone.

I called this shop as soon as they opened Monday morning. I was able to be seen 15 minutes later. When I arrived, Tim, the owner, rode with me to hear the sound my car was making. He wanted to be sure he knew what the issue was. I waited about 45 minutes and saw Tim go on two test drives with my car after working on it. Turns out it was just some loose clips that needed to be screwed in on the panel under my car. Tim ended up not charging me anything for his time or the service done! Incredible customer service, will definitely be taking my car back for all it's future needs!

Taken my 2000 4Runner here a few times, always great service and on time. They even took care of a squeaky belt I had without me asking them to, highly recommend. Very honest as well.
