THEY DENIED TO MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT because me very first time there to take my grandma to get her nails done I made it late. They called me to confirm and I couldn't here anything when I answered the phone because of bad signal. I called to make and appointment for myself and they lied and told me they had no availability for a month? Then I said I'll take that appointment and then she told me oh I remember you were late sorry I can't make an appointment for you and you hung up on me? So rude and disrespectful. She did not want to make an appointment for me because I was late

Got my nails done for a wedding and it lasted for so long- not to mention the wedding was out of state. Ashley did a fantastic job and was fun to chat with throughout the process. Highly skilled and a down to earth person. Make an appointment with her for all your nail needs! She even does great nail art!

Got a Groupon and tried to go for the first time. Spoke to Debbie try to move my appt to a later time for that day. Only available appt was for 3:15. I mentioned I couldn't make it that late but then told her to put me down because I was going to change my other plans. She then cancelled my morning appt and never put me for the 3:15 spot I asked for and left me a voicemail telling me both the 11:45 appt that I originally had and the 3:15 I asked her to move me to was all booked all in the time span of 30 min from the time I spoke to her. If I can give them 0 stars I would, suggest you skip this salon cause honestly it's a HASSLE. I bought a Groupon one for me and one for my mother. I was super excited to go and get my nails done before my graduation and I booked the appointment and everything... than I get a phone call saying "ooo you've cancelled twice we need to redeem the voucher now" I was speaking to the owner told her MAYBE I've been to this place I don't recall because it's been a while. She proceeds telling me if I've been here before I can't use the Groupon... i was like

I live locally and came to use a manicure pedicure Groupon that my daughter gave me as a gift. Had to come back two times, both times to be refused service, they treated me as if I was trying to steal from them by accusing me of using the gift certificate twice. I can't believe I was never given the service my daughter paid for AND was treated so rudely.

I will NEVER frequent this business again. Stealing Groupon's is unbelievable, I feel bad that my daughters gift went to waste. Shame on you BEAUTY ESSENCE OF PINECREST

Ashley is great! Friendly meticulous and clean. She knows her stuff but i got a "matching mani pedi" it's far from matching although i love both colors they don't look good together. She was so clean and concerned with getting the paint off my skin she took a lot off the nail I'm worried in 3 weeks it will look well overgrown.

Everyone is very nice. Sara the owner is super sweet and does great with hair. Yuliana and Laysa are wonderful nail technicians. I never feel rushed.

Honestly this place is OK for manicure and pedicure services, but watch out girls, don't jump to the hairstylist there, specially JOSE, my experience with him was traumatizing, still not sure if he has a license cause he was unable to show it to me. Incompetent people are everywhere, WATCH OUT.

First came here with a groupon and they treated me wonderfully. Since then, I've been about 4 times. Leysa is the absolute best for nails! Teresa did an excellent job with my hair and I have recommended Beauty Essence to everyone I know. Love, love love!

I came in for a gel mani and regular pedicure with groupon. My nail lady was leysa, she was really good, did an amazing job on my French nails for a wedding, pays attention to detail. Will be going back to get my nails done .

This is one of the rare salons in Pinecrest where you can get your nails done without feeling rushed. Unlike some other locations nearby, this salon doesn't feel like a machine trying to push people in and out of chairs as fast as possible. I had a nice experience that was relaxing and the staff was very friendly and warm.

I've been coming to this salon since I found them on groupon about a year ago. I was searching for new places (as I normally do) when I discovered this well priced groupon for a gel mani pedi. I decided to buy and the rest is history.

The salon is located on the second floor of a large shopping plaza. When I went it was difficult to find since the plaza itself is currently under construction. It still is under construction but not as messy.

I have been going to Beauty Essence for several years and appreciate the service and care that I receive. It is a nice, quiet but friendly atmosphere. Sara is a very good hairdresser and takes care when cutting or treating my thin, curly hair. The nail techs also try to do a good job and please the customer. Prices are very reasonable and they always try to accommodate my schedule.

Had a groupon that was given to me as a gift, I used it, then I bought same groupon myself a couple months later. I made appointment and told them I had a groupon, once I arrived lady told me that I already had used groupon in the past and cannot use again. She told me it didn't matter, if I had received as a gift or not. You would think they would've said ok, but no she just said sorry. Very disappointed will definitely never come here again.

Beauty Essence is to me the most superb salon in Pinecrest! Very friendly ambiance from my hairdresser Mirtha to Sara the owner. Quality products for every treatment they offer and very reasonable prices for the area.

A w f u L ! LiviNg Social customers beware. You really do get what you pay for. The massage was horrific.. The mani was terrible.. I think my 3 year old niece could have painted my nails better.. The blow dry was "ok" .. Never again.
